Creative Challenge No. 5 GUIDELINES and Discussion

Here it is Hookers, our next challenge is now open! Thank you to Valerie (valeriesgallery), the winner of our 4th Challenge, for choosing this theme!

Hooker Romance ~ All items are acceptable (housewares, clothing, accessories) The entry must be crocheted and use one additional embellishment, such as ribbon, buttons or beads. Color is entirely up to the creator, however, the item must relate to romance, love or friendship.

Here’s the rules and guidelines: PLEASE make sure to read and comply with them all!
1. You must be a current Etsy Hooker member.
2. You must create a crocheted item that relates to romance, love or friendship.
3. Your entry can be any color you like, but you must include one (1) additional embellishment: ribbon, button, bead, etc.
4. You must list the actual item in your shop, either for sale or as a PIF (pay it forward) if you wish. The listed on date must be January 12th or later.
5. Include this in your description:
This item was created for the EtsyHookers Creative Challenge No. 5. You can view all the entries on our team blog at http://etsyhookers.blogspot.com. Voting will begin on February 16th at 12 noon EST and everyone is invited to vote.
6. Tag the item in your shop with this Challenge tag: etsyhookersCC5 (and our team tag too (etsyhookers team)). Items not tagged will not be considered!
7. One entry per member
8. The deadline to enter is Sunday, February 15th at 12:00 am (midnight) EST
9. The voting poll will open by 12 pm (noon) EST on February 16th, and will close on February 23rd at 12 pm (noon) EST. I will post a link to the poll in the forums here once it’s open.

Oooh, I already have a couple ideas and I was looking to add a couple items for the girls to my shop since I have been doing lots of sports themed stuff lately.

I'm new to the challenge thing...how would it work if the item sells? Will you still be able to see it?

Sounds like a fun challenge. I wonder if I'll have time to make something. I still have a book full of orders to get out.
