Quite a difference, Valerie. I've struggled with a lighting problem with pictures too. Will have to check out an OTT light.

Julie...I feel for you too. Kepp your chin up ...I am sure ecrater will fix it. I like ecrater I have bougth many things from that site! Val. I have 4 OTT lites and I love them...yes the difference between day and night. They say they are the closest to daylight that you can get!

I went to the baby shower for the twins yesterday. Everyone was ohw-ing and ahh-ing over the afghan, except the mom to be. She said, "Oh, that's nice.", rolled it in a ball and put it back in the gift bag. The dogs probably have it for their bed by now. Oh, well. There's nothing I can do about it now.

Oh, I know how that feels and feel bad for you. Hopefully she lets one of her kids have it and it turns out to be their favorite.

Heck, a baby afghan is the reason I learned to crochet. I wanted one for our first baby, figured I'd have to do it myself. Turns out, I got about 4 at my baby shower, and loved them all!

Today is grocery day with triple coupons. I tried to pick out all the coupons I might use that are under a dollar so they will get tripled.

Then I get to do my signing playgroup in the afternoon. It looks like I will have about 12 kids there this time. I wanted to add some extra stuff for the one family that I know probably knows the signs we are learning, but I just have not had the time.

Good morning ladies,

What a miracle...I actually sold 4 (no, 5) things to 4 different sellers in the past week...that has never happened before and I can only hope and pray I'll sell some more for Christmas. I am overjoyed, surprised and very, very thankful!

Maybe it will rain today- I like rainy days. It's nice and quiet and people stay put. It gets pretty busy around here sometimes, people visiting their moms and a lot of traffic out front...speed limit around here is 5, but I'm lucky they're driving 25 mpg in these narrow driveways by my apartments. I'm always concerend for the strays, but think they're pretty "streetwise" for the most part, but still accidents do happen.

Have a good day and I'm getting ready to mail my orders (wow! I still can't believe it!

That's wonderful Doris. I know you were feeling discouraged for awhile there. I really think things will pick up here with Christmas coming.
