If you would be interested in taking over as team leader you can reply here, send me a message, or convo me through my shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/RedBerryCrochet
Yes, I need to step down. I have so many things going on right now between work and teaching, etc. that I don't have the time to keep on as team leader. I'm hoping someone will want to step in and take over.

Aw Julie, we'll miss you. I would volunteer but with a new baby coming, I don't think I'm in the position to do such a thing
Julie, I will hate to see you go too. I would not volunteer to do this as I don't have the patience you have with the non-participation. I know that has been a thorn in your side too! Maybe we should just disband the group as there are only about 20 of us that ever participate. Thank you for all you have done for us...
Nora
Oh No! Please don't disband, I like belonging to this group!
I think others do too, perhaps they were like me and a bit shy to get out there. Sometimes it might seem that everyone knows each other so well that it's tough to actually join in. It took me a good few months, and I still watched out was was happening, more a lurker you could say :-)
Julie, thanks for all you have done as team leader. It is overwhelming to me to think about everything you have to do.
Let's please not disband. I enjoy being a Hooker with the rest of you!
I am happy to contribute by posting the promo threads, and taking part in the activities. But, being a team leader is way more than I could do at this time in my life with caring for the grandchildren all week, working for my Mom in Indianapolis on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays, and trying to keep up with my crocheting, and hoping my husband keeps on loving me even though he gets very little of my time or attention.
I would hate to see you go, Julie, but I do understand. My other team, the Etsy Honey Bee Helpers disintegrated and I miss them, but there was no team participation on Ning...I do keep in touch with a couple of them, but it became stagnant and it was very sad and frustrating trying to hold it together. Most people are very busy and probably don't realize how much work it is to be an active member before signing up.
Thank you all for your kind words and support - I appreciate it very much! I have had someone volunteer, so I am closing this thread for now. Keep watching the forums for updates and announcements :)
