Posting the daily Promotions Thread, a "How-To"

Here are the instructions for posting the daily Etsy Hookers team promotions thread on Etsy.

1. Login in to your Etsy shop
2. Click on the Community tab in the top page header
3. Click on the Forums box
4. Scroll down to the “Promotions” category, at the bottom of the box is a link “Post a new topic”, click that
5. Add your title and beginning post (see below for an example that you can copy and paste)
6. Click the “Post” button at the bottom of the box
7. Add your own shop promotion, and include a theme if you wish (such as a color, etc.)
8. Right click the promo address/URL (in the address bar at the top of your page) and copy
9. Login to Ning and click on the forums tab in the header
10. Scroll down to the “Etsy Promotions Link” category and click on the title
11. In the upper right of the page, click the “Add discussion” link
12. Add the date in the title box, and click in the post box to add info
13. Right click, and Paste to add the link for the Etsy promo thread in the post box
14. Add tags - etsyhookers, promo, shops, crochet,
15. Click the “Add Discussion” pink button at the bottom
