- What is your favourite thing about crocheting?
- I love the fact that I can crochet while doing other things. I don't work with any of the real intricate patterns, so I can easily hold a conversation and crochet while in the car (as a passenger only!) or watching TV, etc.
I find working with hook and yarn to be very relaxing, and its nice to see something pretty resulting from an enjoyable hobby.

Recycling
Do any of you work with recycled yarn? I've been reading quite a bit about it lately and it intrigues me, so I think I'm going to try it!
I love to shop at thrift stores and have bought many sweaters for myself and for resale over the years, but I never thought about giving the sweater a new life as something else.
What about you? Have you tried it? If so, what sort of things have you made?
