For the love of a yarn winder

Wow could that title be a cuss type phrase? LOL

I have so much yarn and most are partial skeins. I have been busy with my yarn winder getting those partial skeins cleaned up. I have a 13 gal tote full of them to clean up. I have also destashed 3 skeins of yarn that I absolutely hate to a freecycler (www.freecycle.org). I know I have more to do but for now I am just loving my winder.

Desparate times call for drastic measures

Hey everyone, I hope this never happens in your area but with the gas prices so I we have been having gas stolen in our area, not mine thank goodness. So if you don't have one already I suggest you get a locking gas cap, available at all auto stores.

Big UUUGGGHHH!!!

Being tired and needing to finish something doesn't mix does it. Last night I was wanting to get a market bag finished to list and I was watching TV while doing it. I measured everything and when I was finally finished and edging done I looked and one side of the handles ways off and I couldn't go back and redo them because it would mean taking off the handels entirely and repositioning. Looks like I have a new market bag.

LOL Oh Well, I will use it and get local sales.

So many projects so little time

LOL how funny is it to look at my stash of yarn and hooks and see potentiel in all of it but I just never have the time. Also look at my WIPs and say I will get them done. I have more half finished projects than I do completed.

I am on Ravelry.com and have lots of projects in my que but don't want to remove them for fear of forgetting what I really want to do.

Someday, one day, tomorrows are always in my vocabulary. I am now bound and determined to finish the WIPs before I start another projec… Continue
